Global Invasive Species Team listserve digest #096 Thu Nov 01 2001 - 15:28:31 PST --CONTENTS-- 1. Eastern Invasives Management Network (Eastern North America) --------------------------------------- 1. Eastern Invasives Management Network (Eastern North America) From: Barry Rice (bamrice(at)ucdavis.edu) LAST NOTICE! As I announced on October 5, TNC's Wildland Invasive Species Team is helping to organize an adaptive management "network" to help land management staff in the east address invasive species issues. The network will revolve around a set of 3-4 workshops. If you want to be part of the network, you must register by 7 November. There are still a few slots available, although we already have enough to ensure the workshops will be excellent. The first workshop is 11-13 December, in Georgia. If you think participation in the network would benefit you, contact WIST director John Randall (530-754-8890) or myself (530-754-8891) for more information. Permission from John is required.
